The picture above shows the POSSIBLE locations for Vindachinerk to appear. It is by chance and he does not always appear at the same time in those places.
:STRATEGY PLAN:
Have multiple party members camp each position in order to best locate this bugger; however, be aware that the area is not safe and you can be in danger of Eloys that aren't friendly.
